They recently experienced their Sales Manager retiring and need a Residential Roofing Sales Manager to continue to train and lead their already impressive team of salesman. They also need to hire an individual to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to.
Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. Residential Roof Sales Manager Experience
* 2+ years of Sales Management experience - prefferably in residential but commercial experience can be applicable as well
* Deep knowledge of all Residential Roofing materials and techniques
*Must be comfortable creating and retaining customer-relationships in a professional manner
* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player

* Above market base salary of $60,000 per year paired with large commission bonuses
