$19/hr-Settlement Coordinator 

The purpose of this role is to ensure that our company has all claimant and case level data required for all assigned cases. The Document Process Analyst must be able to coordinate mass mailings, maintain accurate data management, conduct document reviews, manage case documentation, daily reporting of settlement coordination and payment statuses, understand and monitor key deliverables and milestones, participate in client management, provide valued feedback to the settlement manager/direct report regarding resources used to manage cases, and project management.
     
 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

                           
                                                                                                                       

  • Effective Communication, both written and oral
  • Ability to take direction
  • Detail Oriented
  • Adapt to change
  • Manage complex projects; at least 2 years of project management skills
  • Good at multi-tasking
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Legal/Paralegal education
  • Client services/relationship management
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency
