The Cash Management Service Associate I is primarily responsible for servicing existing Woodforest National Banks commercial clients in a friendly, accurate, and efficient manner and in adherence to all bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Services existing Woodforest National Banks business and commercial clients accurately, efficiently, and in adherence to bank policies and procedures. Assists clients with account inquiries. Refers more sensitive inquiries, such as credit lines, pricing for new products, opening of new accounts, etc. to appropriate department. Demonstrates proficient knowledge of all cash management products. Demonstrates the ability to train existing clients on the WNB Treasury Manager (our online service).

Competencies Required: Working knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, Bank policies and procedures, and the Banks products and services. Advanced sales and marketing experience. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures. Capability of strong problem solving, decision making, critical and strategic thinking skills, as well as strong attention to detail and concern for data accuracy. Ability to work flexible or extended working hours to meet business needs; demonstrated good attendance and punctuality while presenting a positive and professional image. Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload. Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal. General knowledge of Cash Management Products and Services.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with some experience handling business or commercial client accounts required.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing quality customer services preferred. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Formal Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Status: Full-time.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Travel: Up to 10% travel is expected.

Working Conditions: Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles like files, folders, etc.
