Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

We are a mid-sized architectural firm specializing in the design of aesthetically pleasing, highly functional, sustainable buildings. Programming, Master Planning, Architecture and Interior Design services are provided in-house. The firm strives to exceed its clients’ expectations by measuring success not only in aesthetic terms, but also in functional operations that deliver a return on investment.

The firm has completed projects in nine states, one US territory and four foreign countries and maintains professional licenses in 17 states.

Firm goals are to offer collaborative services in concert with project owners, consultants and contractors to produce buildings tailored to their owners and users needs and to meet budget and schedule objectives. The firm maintains membership in the American Institute of Architects, the US Green Building Council and other professional associations, and seeks, through active participation with these organizations, to be in the forefront of current trends and techniques in the delivery of architectural services.

Job Details

Architectural Designer Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD and Revit, and good knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curious and open minded to learn and assume increased responsibilities
Committed to building a long-term professional career
Architectural Designer Responsibilities:
The Architectural Designer will assist Project Architects, Project Designers and Project Managers in the execution of specific assignments
Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents
Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects
Review and process construction administration documents
Mentorship from senior designers and project leaders
