Requirements
- 2 - 5 years full time b2b digital advertising experience managing Google Ads, Programmatic Advertising, and LinkedIn ads campaigns
- Strong project management, analytical and communication skills
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and HubSpot
- A passion for marketing and analysis
- Comfort with directly interfacing with executive clients
- Experience with, or a personal ambition to quickly learn all about, digital health business
Job Role
Advertising
- Configure advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop targeting techniques such as keyword lists, bidding strategies, and company lists
- Manage and optimize many advertising programs on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate marketing asset creation as needed, such as landing pages, ad creative, and copy
- Manage various publisher and vendor relationships
Reporting
- Configure technical items that enable reporting such as website tracking codes and pixels
- Integrate and automate reporting systems such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot using SuperMetrics
- Build custom dashboards and analyses for clients
- Conduct your own analyses on topics such as traffic and lead generation, and share insights with the team
Client Services
- Have a hand in planning and executing client’s advertising strategies
- Consult with clients about their advertising and reporting
- Support the production, management, editing and distribution of client deliverables
- Embed fully with our retainer-clients’ marketing efforts
- Assist on additional marketing projects as needed
- Attend and contribute to client calls as needed
- Produce preparation and follow-up materials for client calls
- Inform the team on the health of client advertising and reporting programs
Client Management
- Attend and contribute to client calls
- Produce materials for client calls
- Execute follow-up tasks for client calls
- Inform the team on the health of the client relationship, and intelligence you gain on the client’s needs
Project Management
- Manage multiple client Asana boards using a modified agile PM methodology
- Keep team on track and on budget with your projects
