ABOUT THE JOB:

The Foodservice Administrative Assistant II assists the warehouse staff with the receiving process, label printing and sorting process, and load audits as well as other duties as needed.

Perform load audits on a daily basis.
Coordinate the ship confirmation process with the warehouse staff; assist with the receiving process.
Ensure all invoices, load summaries, and labels are printed, sorted and distributed appropriately, and ensure that loads are completed and accurate.
Prepare check requests, invoices, and business expense reimbursements for authorization; skillfully proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
Maintain calendars; coordinate and schedule meetings and travel.
Answer and direct calls; sort mail; order supplies; copy and collate documents.
This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.

Scheduled start times will be Monday, Tuesday Wednesday 12am and Friday 12pm  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED.
4 years of administrative experience and working knowledge of office practices.
Able to meet tight deadlines with little margin for error.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to perform calculations using computer or calculator.
Proficient with internet use.

Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and other job requirements.
