Description

Our NPO client located in downtown is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a newly formed department's Vice President

Job Description

  • Produce correspondence, memos, letters and other documents
  • Prepared Board meeting packets and records, type and distribute minutes
  • Welcomes visitors, in person or by phone, determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals and act as the gatekeeper
  • Effectively run the executive office of the Disaster Recovery Service Program
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to other Departmental leadership

Requirements

  • Five years of administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor
