accessible and convenient to everyone. 
With a continually expanding platform capability, we are able to help
Municipalities, School Boards, Health Care Organizations and other sectors
transition from in person meetings or transactions and PDF forms to fully
digital experience that can be conveniently accessed anywhere.  From submitting bylaw permit requests, paying
taxes or hydro bills to paying parking tickets and scheduling in person
meetings – Citizen Portal can cover it all. 


In this role,
you will work closely with the Marketing Team, Communications Team and Industry
Experts to grow the Citizen Portal platform across North America. 


You will:

marketing generated prospects

Identify and
engage new customer leads in B2B and B2G environments through networking,
research and cold-calling

conduct web presentations using inside sales best practices

Follow-up with
clients and prospects via email and phone to lead them to the next step

Manage your
sales pipeline using a CRM and internal tools to ensure the shortest sales

Achieve agreed
upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Work with
technical support staff to respond to inquiries and ensure optimal customer

Ability to
travel in North America to customers locations, trade shows or conferences if
required (less than 20% travel is expected)
